  • The Receptionist - The receptionist is in charge of answering the phones and directing the caller to the appropriate co-worker, taking messages, and she is in charge of recording all mail that comes in and goes out of the office.

  • Constituent Services - Two women handle constituent services for the entire district. These services include, aiding with veterans benefits, helping people with problems that involve a federal agency such as Social Security, and by connecting the constituents to the appropriate agency to aid their complaints or needs.

  • Field Representative - The field representative is one man who travels the district to represent the Congressman at various meetings or organizations when he is out of town, and to voice the opinions of the constituents to the Congressman. 

  • District Director - Filled by one man, this job consists of all of the previous positions listed above plus making any administrative decisions at the local level in lieu of the Congressman.
